Notes on Contributions: According to federal election law, an individual may contribute a maximum amount of $2,300 per election (the primary and general are separate elections) to a federal candidate for a total amount of $4,600. Federal multi-candidate political action committees (PACs) may contribute $5,000 per election.

Contributions from corporations, labor organization treasury funds, foreign nationals, and federal government contractors are prohibited.

Corporations and individuals are strictly prohibited from reimbursing another person for making a contribution to Chris Peden for Congress; contributions are not tax deductible.

We are required by law to use our best efforts to obtain the employer and occupation of any individual who donates more than $200 in aggregate per election.
